The chemical industry requires accurate grain size separation tools and working in very demanding conditions because of the temperature of products aggressiveness. The required cuts can be very low (few microns) and the flows to process can be substantials.

The hydrocyclones are, because of their reliability and fine cuts possibles, equipments used widely for grain size separation, the concentration of pecipitated solid material (hydrocydes, sulphates) or for liquid-solid separation of crystallised particles (acetic acid, gypsum, salt).

A full range of hydrocylones which meets most of the industry applications : cut of 10 to 120µm with flows going up to 1000m3/h.

Manufacturing materials enabling to meet the most demanding applications : steel, polyurethane, stainless steel, Uranus. Different kind of rubber for inner lining.
